I paid on irctc using zaakpay. I cancelled that ticket and irctc has refuned that amount on 6th September. But it has not been transferred to my account. The refund amount was 610 rupees. The transaction id was [protected]. I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

I transferred 1500/ by net banking through
Zaak epayment services to balance in
Mobikwik wallet but not came in my mobikwik wallet even bank has already debited

On 29th September I booked a train ticket of Rs.2100/- through Zaakpay PG. The ticket hasn't booked. IRCTC has refunded the amount, but the amount hasn't credited in my account. The transaction ID is [protected].

i Had booked two tatkal tickets from IRCTC & payment gateway was ZAAKPAY, due to some technical issue ticket was not booked. payment was settled so my account was debited but few days later i check on My IRCTC account on refund status it was showing as refund has been made on 30-Oct-17. I want my fund back to my account ASAP...

This amount is refund irctc but not credidt my account My No [protected]

I have booked train ticket on IRCTC website.amount was debited from my account.booking was not successful.it appeared as amount refunded but the amount was not credited back to my account.pleasd help me with this regard.i have attached screenshot for your reference.

BUT THE THING IS AMOUNT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT

I booked tatkal ticket from ADI - NGP on 17/02/2018 in ADI Puri Exp - 12844. Amount of Rs. 1625/- was deducted from account. When I checked the settlement status on IRCTC it is showing as "payment settled" with Zaakpay PG. but amount is not refunded in my account. I did payment through SBI debit card. Please get the amount refunded soon.

I CAN BOOK MY TICKET FROM IRCTC E-TICKET WITH Id- vip1149809 on 03MARCH, 2018 with transaction id [protected] from CRJ to BTT for DATE OF JOURNEY 04 MARCH, 2018 my transaction amt Rs.425 but due to unavailability of seat my booking was dropped but my transaction amount was refund from IRCTC with Refund Id [protected] in ZAACKPAY PG bank and BANK not transfer money in my bank so please try to refund as soon as possible.
