My name is maharajan
I have booked ticket in general 2 tier ac ticket on 30th dec 2017 but due to change the plan i have cancelled this ticket and booked someother date. I have paid through hdfc net banking through zaakpay gateway. But gateway says mobikwik irctc says payment refunded on 31st jan 2018 in zaakpay pg but not received in my bank plz resolve this.

Updated by maharajanguru Yesterday i had posted regarding refunded issue in irctc. Mistake ly i had posted my mobile no. Too. Within 24 hrs i had received 3 anonymous calls. They are asking my bank debit card details, i have not told so he got angry n scolded me in bad words. So please don't give any personal information in this forum and don't give any bank details to anyone. They are calling as like a customer care. I felt really bad. Requesting consumer complaints tram to block my request.

Payment deduct from my account bt reacharge not confirm. Kindly confirm my reacharge.transcation number =[protected]. Date.=06 Feb 2018. Screen shot also attached.
