Hi, I have booked tickets through zaakpay and I have cancelled two IRCTC train ticket on 15th Jan 2018. PNR: [protected] PNR: [protected] Zaakpay Refund id :[protected] Refund id: [protected] I have used Zaakpay as merchant account for paying the money I received the message as refund successful. It's been more than a week since the IRCTC had refund the amount my cancel ticket. But you have not credited to my bank account. Please refund the amount to my bank account at the earliest.

I have canceled my train tickets on1 January I did not receive my refund.please look into it. The amount is 1185. Irctc already refunded the amount to zaakpay on 3rd January.

Mobile recharge balance debited problem

I had done my jio prepaid mobile recharge, , through zaak epayment service, my money was debited from my debit card, but my recharge was unsuccessful, , and i didnt get any recharge successful message from jio company, so i want to know, , what shoud i have to do for get refund
