Zaakpay.com — refund against cancellation irctc | |||
I have booked a (19/09/2019) ticket from irctc through my Punjab national bank net banking by payment gateway of your zaakpay. My ticket was in RAC and cancelled (22/09/2019)and I am contact Punjab national Bank branch and he says it's zaakpay issue. It shows me balance is refunded but i haven't receive any money. I booked a ticket through my debit card at irctc application through zaakpay but my ticked was waitlist cancelled on 12th October. My money of Rs.2095 refunded but zaakpay still not transferred my money...how could you do this??? Kindly refund my amount as it is already one week.
