I had made a booking for four passengers with total amount of rs735 on jan 05 2019 for doj jan 08 2019 through janashatabdi exp (12079) from sbc to ubl. (Transaction id [protected]). The ticket cancellation was done on jan 07 2019 at 12.36pm for all the four passengers and refund id was [protected]. Considering the ticket cancellation amount i should receive a refund of rs495 which is still pending from zaakpay Kindly looking into this matter and resolve this issue by refunding my amount of rs495 User id salmai28 Transaction was done from union bank of india With best regards, Md kamaluddin i I.
