Zara India — Amount claimed by merchant as paid, but not received | |
I made a transaction of 5490 on 1st December (via UPI) with Zara India and the same was reversed by the merchant on 10th December. However, I have not received the credit till date. My bank (HDFC) requires proof of payment, transaction status and mode by which the payment was made to be able to assist with this further. I have raised multiple requests with both Zara and Citrus Payments Solution, but haven't received any response yet. Have not received the amount as refund till date. It's been over 3 months and request your immediate response.
