Zara — Need refund

I have bought some clothing from Zara through online using paytm by upi and it debit the amount from my account to citrus solutions Pvt Ltd ([protected]@axisbank)but Zara refused the transition and show’s pending so I have canceled it but didn’t get refund from it.so I would like to have the refund as fast as they can.
