As Citrus pay stating that refund was successfully intiated for the transaction IDs OL[protected], OL[protected], OL[protected] than kindly provide me the dates of initiations and reference number on my email [protected]@gmail.com. It shows me protected here on your reply. And please confirm though refund was successfully intiated, if the transactions of the payments were successful or failed. Do provide me the screenshot of your transactions on my all 3 transactions ID that refund was successful so I can refer to my bank. I have attached you screenshot bank asking me the details.
