Zee Global Holidays — Not providing refund as commited | |||||
Below is the mail from Zee holidays and as per their confirmation they are not providing refund since July 2015 and now since last month all the contact numbers are found switched off. Pl help me to get my refund at the earliest. Now you will get your refund after the expiry of your validity ( 1 Year ). Your booking and Membership id registration date was 30th June 2014 . On next day of expiration the validity you can process your refund and it will be credited in your account within 3 to 4 working days with the interest of 9% annual. Kindly go through the below detail:- Amount Paid:- Rs 11500/- Date of Registration:- 30th June 2014 Refund Amount :- 12535 + 200 Process Fee = Rs 12735/- Date of Refund:- first week of July 2015 Documents required for cancelation of Package:- One cancel cheque of any Bank.
