Bought a subscription plan in zee5 app. Money debited from my account still the plan is not activated in application... No proper response for that. No proper reason for why it is still not activated.. No customer care number to solve my issue.. Now how can i get to know what the actual problem is.. Resolve it and let me know the problem what actually it is

I have recharged Rs 599/- for 6 months package. I have been charged but the subscription doesn’t reflect in my account except the old subscription - Tamil pack. Please check.
