Bad 😕 It seems that Zee TV has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
When Zee promotes its own serials it is often showing excerpts from past shows. No point in that as we would have seen those episodes. Marketing people should wake up and promote forthcoming episodes....
Today on 9/12/2021 a scene from the show KUNDALI BHAGYA which is aired at 9:30 PM shows an accident of a little girl as well as she is shown dead and also her dead body is shown. It has affected badly to me. This is really really very disturbing....
I have paid an amount of 499 for the annual subscription to zee5 today. The money has been paid through SBI net banking and accordingly, it has been deducted from my account. A successful transaction message has also been received from the SBI end. Yet the payment doesn't reflect in the Zee5 app and accordingly my subscription to Zee5 doesn't show.

I refer to this marathi news channel called Zee 24 Taas, which is a part of Zee network.
I understand that commercial break is the real bread and butter of all TV channels.
However what surprises me is that they air just one small news for less than one minute and again take another commercial break for 2 - 3 minutes.
I understand need for commercial break, however please air at least 6 - 7 important news back to back...
