I have made payment of rs 99 through bank of maharashtra debit card on 8 apr 2019, money has been deducted from my account but subscription is not given. I have also made complaint by mailing on the below mail id: support. [protected]@zee5.com

Hi I have paid for premium subscription RS 699/- but do not have access to premium as yet, I have not received any cash back on paytm, and also not able to watch anything on premium. I have also shared trxn I'd on the separate complaint raised on zee5 website. 2 complaints have been made but no revert as yet...
Please solve the issue asap...
