I had ordered groceries from the Zepto app, it usually has to reach within 20mins of ordering but even after 1hour the order hadn't arrived so I checked the app regarding the same that is when I was shocked to see the order shows it has delivered while it hasn't delivered yet. When I tried to contact the Zepto team, I received no response. So I kindly request you to take action negligence and wasting customers valuable time.
