Zepto — Money deducted, order not placed

Dear Sir/Madam,

Date of Incident: 09.08.2023

This is regarding the online shopping app called Zepto. I added the items to my cart and made the payment through the UPI option however, it did not reflect on the app. Therefore, my order was not placed but money got deducted from my bank account. The total bill amount was Rs. 299. I request you to please help me with this. I would like to have the order delivered or my money refunded.
