On January 21st, we purchased Sid's farm curd from Zepto, expecting quality and freshness. Instead, we received curd that had already expired on January 19th! This blatant carelessness led to illness that took two days to recover from. Delivering an expired product and calling it a "super saver order"? That’s not just negligence—it’s outright fraud! I will never use Zepto again.
To make matters worse, visiting relatives also fell sick after consuming this garbage, and your so-called customer support was utterly useless. How can a company operate with such disregard for health and safety? Do you even have quality checks in place, or are you just shipping products blindly? This isn’t a small mistake—it’s a gross failure in basic business practices.
Not only did we waste our money, but we were also subjected to physical suffering and inconvenience. Who is accountable for this? Does Zepto plan to compensate for the medical expenses and distress caused by your negligence? I demand answers and action because this level of irresponsibility is completely unacceptable!
