[Resolved] Zerodha — fund transfer failure

I did a fund transfer of rs5000 through the kite payment gateway on 10/7/18 but the transaction was a failure and amount has been debited from bank account for which amount has not been recredited back to my account even after 24 hrs. I kindly request to credit the amount to my trading account or back to my bank account the earliest.I am hereby attaching screenshot of the mentioned transaction.

Sir my account opening charges has deducted been but account opening procces is not completing. Durring the account opening i faced a problem IVS on wecame not complete

I am not able to use my account for trading. The worst part is the support from Zerodha for the issue fix. No one is concerned about the cuatomer here. I am following it up to fix it for more 5 days. No response... #useless

Please dont go for it. Better to try some other good trader. This one is hectic...
