Because of it i am not able to view my portfolio. Although i have purchased some shares but they said you will not be able to view your portfolio unless you submitted poa. This is second time i am sending poa. Ist time it was rejected due to some technical reasons.. Please solve the issue so that i can trade

    Hi nithin and zerodha team,

    This is to inform you that my ledger is wrongly updated for 24th august. It is showing two entries for exposure margin debit entry. I had 4 lac in my demat account as on 23rd august and today there is an additional debit entry of 172813 rs as stated earlier. Because of all this my funds withdrawal request of 12000 rs got rejected saying insufficient funds. Please check and correct this as i am trading in futures with zerodha for last couple of years. If any artefacts required i will provide. Look forward for your quick response. Thank you.

We have already sent poa at your registered address banglore. We are very much dissatisfied with your service. We would not recommend to anyone about your company.           The company maintains customer portfolio of shares and transactions detailing speculation, short or long term etc. There is a discrepancy in my tax p&l report in long term transactions which i reported to the company on 24 july 2018. Two shares gokul and gokulagro sold from long term basis are not duly reported in the above mentioned report. This is important as i prepare my tax returns for fy2017-18. But after calling several times, and raising multiple support tickets and a chain of messages thereof, there has been absolutely no reply for the past 3 days from the company. As this is tax season this complaint should be treated on a priority basis but zerodha cannot seem to be bothered so i am registering a formal complaint. For a company that avoids live human contact with its customers, it is essential that such requests are taken care of in due time as required.

            Today one of support team guy called regarding complaint which i raised regarding technical issue which i faced on 13th July by which i went up loss by more than 30k, His name was Srini from support team, He stated that error 504 will be from my system not from there server, which i tried explaining about what is the error actually states

            1. He told that it was my internet issue by which i got gateway timed out problem, But if my Internet is not working how will my web page will load and show me Gateway timed out problem.

            2. When my web page able load and showing target server is not responding (Zerodha) then only i will get gateway time out issue.

            The support team itself don't have proper idea about technology, He is just started arguing with me for no point by which i ended up my call because it is just wasting my time.

              Hi,

              Today when I was doing my trading my account got logged out and then I tried login again but it showed Gateway timed out. I have called and asked them to release but when I returned to my ID it was ended up in negative. But initially it was in positive figure. It was clear zerodha issue by which i missed out big profit which they need to lookout and solve my query.

              By Zerodha technical issue customers are facing problem

              You can check with your records i have called your customer care twice regarding the issue. I am just not raising complaint (ID: VE6639)

              If it was not gateway timed out issue, I would have in my profit till now at least around 30K, But now i am suffering form loss just because i am not able to login because of your Technical issue. I have screen shot of everything

                I was opened an account with zerodha and i submitted forms by digital sign and they allotted id WD2080 . And i purchased shares and i send POA hard copy two times and courier delivered .After receiving POA they rejected multiple time saying sign not matching.I am not able to sell shares and they are cheating customers .Waste service providing by zerodha.

                Hi, Manu, while opening an account we ask our customers to upload a copy of their signature. We do this to cross verify the signature on documents which we would receive from our clients in the future. We would not be safeguarding our clients' interest if we process documents if the signatures don't match. Being a financial services institution, we are expected to have stringent policies for matching signatures on all documents being executed. Since the signature you uploaded and the signature on the PoA we received were different, we were forced to reject the PoA received.

                As the PoA hasn't been executed, we wouldn't be able to process your sell transactions.
                I still have account with zerodha because i do not have any better choice.i have to stay with zerodha .Thanks.

                  fund transfer failure

                  I did a fund transfer of rs5000 through the kite payment gateway on 10/7/18 but the transaction was a failure and amount has been debited from bank account for which amount has not been recredited back to my account even after 24 hrs. I kindly request to credit the amount to my trading account or back to my bank account the earliest.I am hereby attaching screenshot of the mentioned transaction....

                  I have faced worst service from zerodha, to open demand account they are asking hell lot of documents after submitting all the documents still not opened the account?

                  When it will be opened? u Charged 300 rupees why ? then return back if not going to open.

                    Hello, I want to divert your attention towards my case. I have already sent POA document & delieverd to zerodha (I have confirmed from Courier Services).
                    But Till now my Equity Delivery Sell Trading is not working. My Rs.10000 is already blocked in it. Please provide or i will move to SEBI against your slow process. Resolve this matter on urgent basis or i will move my complaint to sebi regarding this issue.
                    If you are not able to provide services to your customer then close your firm and move on.

                      This company is unnecessary harassing me after taking the Rs. 300 account opening fee. Every time they email me that my Pan card copy is not clear. Where in all the copies are very much clear and each and every details are readable. Moreover when their Executive came to collect the documents that time they readily accepted all the documents and never complained anything about the clarity.

                      Moreover, I never received any call from them explaining anything. They just email the canned responses.

                      Making fool of innocent people.

                      I have received a call and email stating that the account verification is done and I will receive the login credentials within 2 to 3 days. Let's see if everything ends well. As of now I think the escalation worked.

                      But still want to give feedback to your email support team to be clear in communication and stop unnecessary delay and harassing customers.

                        I have put my order for buy or sell at certain amount even though the figure achieved it get not disperse this is happened for 3 rd time and as a result of that i lost 11000 rs who will take the responsibility so kindly correct it dont do such cheap things it is not customer palatable thing

                        Secondly since last two day i was trying to put bracket order it not work why am i not your customer are you not taking any brokerage from me on the contarory earler your servise was good with less brokerage but since last 1 month it suddenly increase i had choose zerodha because of this feature otherwise i have an account at india infoline i am expacting your possible support not trouble i have enough trouble

                          zeroha stealing money from my account

                          My zerodha account i. D - xv4940. Why zerodha steal money from account. This is my question. Every day when i purchase share and sell share after the total duduction zerodha deduct or steal extra money at same day then again zerodha deduct the money at night by 1am. Everyday zerodha steal money at same day then again the deduct money at night 1am. Everyday they deduct money twice.

                          It should be deduct only one time by 1am. Not...

                              Even after multiple escalations zerodha is not enabling the option to continue to open the account. They are asking to make payment again, while they have already showed that they have received the payment. I requested that if they are not able to enable opening the account, then they can refund the amount, but they are not responding.
                              First they tried to cheat saying, if the payment is more than 60days prior they cannot process it. But when i provided proof of payment and the escalation mails which was less than one month from the payment date, they tried other excuses.
                              I have clearly told them that if they cannot open the account with the payment already received, i would first need the refund as i am not sure if their systems can handle payment processing correctly. I will not make any further payments.
                              Also, they have informed that they do not have the ability to collect the forms offline from my current location of work.
                              As a result, i do not have any other option than to receive the refund. Please help get the refund of the money.

                              Your Account Opening fee has been refunded. You will receive a refund in 3-7 working days back to the bank/card you made the payment from.
                              You can re-initiate the Account Opening process by going to signup.zerodha.com. Our Sales Manager will be able to assist you further
                              Finally after almost 2 months of followup, with the help of this forum the amount is refunded.

                              The rating is for the forum and not for Zerodha's service. The support of Zerodha was pathetic and would not have done he refund if it was not this forum and the SEBI forum.

                                I have been trading on Zerodha Kite platform for past 6 to 8 months.They have a feature of Bracket Order ( BO ) which is to avail higher leverage for intra-day buy/sell orders with a target and compulsory stop loss.                                 As on 17/05/2018, i traded on RCOM with the margin of just 5000 in my account. As per MACD chart indicator, I felt it would go down & shorted ( sell call ) the order at the price of 12.05. While placing a BO order, stop loss should also be created along with target. That's the thumb rule of BO order. But, in my case, only the target got created but no stop loss order.

                                After noticing this issue, i immediately raised my concern to zerodha via customer care and also support portal ( Ticket Reference #[protected] ). I had clearly mentioned that I would not be taking any responsibility of profit/loss of that particular trade since it was a pure technical error from zerodha for not creating stop loss order.

                                Till now, I haven't got any response to that. This clearly shows how unethical they are towards customer's queries.

                                End of the day, as usual they had sent me a contract note by mentioning that i have utilized 550% of margin amount.Just by having 5000/- in my account, my loss is more than 550%. Then what is the use of RMS team in zerodha? Why haven't they automatically square off the orders as it goes out of margin utilization? I created another ticket ( #[protected] ) by mentioning the same for which no response so far.

                                If the stop loss order is generated as expected, needless to face all these issues and i would have continued with Zerodha. Now i lost my trust in them. This is the second time i faced the same issue and incurred huge loss due to their incapable trading platforms. This ticket ( #[protected] )explains how they reacted first time for the same issue.

                                Resolution:
                                I want zerodha to process the refund of that particular trade as I'm not liable to pay for their's platform failure .And also, would like to close my account from zerodha as their platform is really not capable enough to trade intraday.

                                Suggestion:
                                Do not bring up all mess to the live market unless and until it is tested thoroughly multiple times & adhered to all the principles of order types.
                                Zerodha customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I had a net realized profit of 1, 95, 514 in my equity account till 23rd May. on 23rd May I got a net profit of 734 Rs, But on 24 th May the account shows Net realized profit of 1, 86, 758. Pls check and correct the figures.
                                My zerodha i.d - vx4940 . i would like to inform you that zerodha is DEDUCTING UNWANTED MONEY from my account. PLEASE HELP ME.

                                  I placed an order of 30 shares of itc lmt. At 284.8 and set the stoploss triggering price at 283.8
                                  This order got executed by itself without the price reaching the triggering price. It got executed at 09:37:59 when the price of itc was above 285
                                  My client id is zm1705 and the order id is [protected]
                                  I need the refund for the amont i lost due to this error.

                                  I placed a MIS order after 3.20 PM and i got the error massage but order was accepted by zerodha and placed the order on expire day. when i tried to square off, system not allowed me to square off as well as automatic also not square off till market close,

                                  Zerodha customer care service is horrible.
