Zerodha — login credentials not received for new demat account for 2 weeks

Ticket [protected] already raised for login credentials not receive for new account.
Riffat is handling my account but is not able to solve the issue yet. Issue pending for over 2 weeks now.

I have sent all the documents to zerodha office and they have acknowledged that the documents have been received.
Please help me resolving this as soon as possible

@Zerodha support, the pattern what I see is that you ask people who have rasied their complaints to send email at [protected]@zerodha.com.

I have already sent the email that and below is the email .
Please help in resolving the issue as quickly as possible :-

Hi,

I regret to inform you that the below ticket raised is still not rectified for over 10 days.
I have sent all the documents to zerodha, every time i get a call to check my email and see if login credentials are received.
But I am not getting any email from zerodha for past 10 days.

I have checked spam folder, promotional folder, i have checked firewalls, i have checked filters in my gmail account and no sign of email from zerodha.

I would like to escalate this so that someone from you team can work on this on priority and help me resolve the issue.
My son (Ishaan Arora) is a zerodha customer already (Client Id :- XXXXXX (EMAIL SENT TO [protected]@ZERODHA.COM, CLIENT ID CAN BE VIEWED THERE)) and he only suggested me to open a new account here . I am his referral.

I was impressed by the account opening procedure and it is so easy and hassle free, but after that the kind of response which I am getting from customer care
is very deplorable.

All I want is that after paying the fees for account opening and sending you the documents by POST please help me with login id and credentials.

Please explore the below OPTIONS :-

1) Your CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE always says that account is open but email is not coming to me for login credentials so they are working with some tech team to resolve this . Please try to escalate the issue with tech team.

2) If NOTHING works please try an option of creating a fresh account for me in your system . You already have all my documents which are required.

There is zerodha office in karthik nagar also . Please check if you can arrange a call back or personal meeting with someone from KARTHIK NAGAR bangalore branch
to discuss and solve this issue further.
