I have submitted online application about 3 weeks ago and posted poa about 2 weeks ago. Upon repeated attempts i have not received any credentials and not getting any status information. I have paid the necessary fee and submitted online application for 2 times. Upon the above extra efforts it doesn't seems to be good to delay in the process. Request you to prioritize the issue and work to give me credentials or refund the money.

I have submitted my POA FORM 10 days ago but they r not updated it till date
Because of that i am not able to sell my holdings results in 15000 rs loss

I called zerodha many times they say it will be done today itself every day i call but not yet done it

I m bearing losses becose of it
Please make them pay for their mistakes

    My POA and ECN forms were rejected when i sent them for the first time. When i enquired about the details of of the forms the response was very very slow. They're informing me about the rejection of the forms one and a half month ive I've sent the courier. Then i sent the POA and ECN forms again after hearing from them but I'm yet to receive any response from them. I've sent the POA and ECN forms via courier three weeks ago. I'm still yet to receive confirmation from them. The customer care was so good before I opened my account with them but after I opened account with them their response had been very slow to my queries. I'm not happy with their customer care. I've paid full amount for stocks and commodity account opening. Stocks are enabled but commodities have not been enabled because of their delay. I know nothing is wrong with the courier, if there had been they would have called me. I'm sure that courier has reached them, it's only 250 kms from my place to zerodha securities. I hope zerodha improves their customer care for quicker and better response. I hope I get my POA and ECN forms verified quickly and enable commodities in my account. I'm very dissatisfied with zerodha.

      I would like to register a official complaint against two of your account managers mr mohit & asif who donot bother to receive any calls nor do they revert back on sms.

      I am holding one account as under & one more for which i have been following up for opening/activating the same since last 30 days... It is such a pathetic service of zeroda nowadays that i will not close this account and will also post in public forums for the entire world to know that zerodha is a worthless platform & pathetic service now.

      Hemanth, the commodity account for the Client ID YW6094 is already opened. One of our sales managers will get in touch with you soon regarding the account activation of Client ID TU6291. This was on hold because there was no IFSC code in the bank proof submitted.

        I have attempted adding funds through KITE App but it failed repeatedly twice. Money is still not refunded in my bank account. I have never faced any refund issue during payment failure on any other payment gateways hence I am quite worried. Due to above problem I am not even adding further funds for buying fresh stocks. Kindly process my refund request asap. I am attaching snapshot of payment through bank statement.

          I have already sent poa document & delieverd to zerodha and (I have confirmed from courier services). Its been 7days the poa is delivered to ur office but still not updated i cant see my demate holdings.. I already sent my tracking details to [protected]@zerodha.. Till now my equity delivery sell trading is not working.

          Now after 10 days their sales representative said they were unclear. However, the print and sign both are clearly viable and they did this to not update poa.

          Soft copy of the forms provided has been emailed to you for your confirmation.
          Request you to resend the documents to gain full functionality of your account. With POA, we can enable selling of Equity shares and with ECN, you can trade in the commodity markets.
          I have purchased Maruti on 10th Oct but still it is not shown in holding position, I got mail stating that your Demat is not opened but money is still not credited nor stock. My id is RW6818. please resolve it.
          I have submitted all the documents with signed. But zerodha is not giving the selling options in my account. No response from support team also even after 15 times requested.Its waste to open account in zerodha. My all money is trapped.

            new zerodha demat account

            Dear zerodha team i am opening the new demate account on date 15/10/2018. Still now i have not updated about acount status and my sales manager tenu shree is not attend call or not response for mails. Kindly clarify how to i know about acount status. I raised ticket no. Is [protected].

            You are unable to doing further process than you can do the refund money.

            While i paid 500 and there was no such options during payment to untick commodity market (Which costs 200/500), they seem to have perfect software and network services that they pitch me about their refund policy. Why don't you guys agree that it might have been a technical glitch and i am the victim. I have asked what's rightfully mine and you're no big if you take it from your clients and strip it with your brittle policy that stands your company.

              I m a account holder of zerodha. My user id is yl3513.
              I have 2 accounts in zerodha.
              I suggest more than 20 people to open account in zerodha because o[censored] r giving a good service.
              But now a days ur service is very very very bad for activation of just one commodity segment, i followup last 15 days but no one can complete my requirement, everyday i called customer care they told me today ur segment getting active but still not active, i complete all ur requirement for activation of commodity segment but y take so much time i dont know and no one can followup.
              Now i never suggest anyone for trading on ur platform. Really m getting so much frustrate from ur side.

                I have sent an account modification form to change my registered email id. They recvd the the form on 4th october 2018 but till date they have not changed it. Its been 5 days now. When i call customer service team they r very rude nd disconnecting my call. I have also sent an email to [protected]@zerodha.com but that department is also sleeping. Due to al this issue i m not able to trade because new password is sent to registered email id. Nd i have lost my both trading password nd registered email password. Plz anyone in zerodha will listen to my plea. Worst customer suport. Plz change my email asap.

                Hi,
                I am not able to view my holding in KITE platform even after submitting my POA.
                POA has been delivered and received by Zerodha last week but not reflecting in my Account.
                Due to that I am unable to monitor my Holding.
                Ticket has been raised last week but no response from backend team till date.
                I am not able to submit the orders for the last 20 days. I have called 10 times and 10 emails in the last 20 days no proper response.

                there is no way to send the esclataion to manager or talk to manager

                  It's been more than 3 months now which i have raised support ticket regarding the issue which i faced on zerodha website by which i have underwent loss by more than inr 60, 000, zerodha people are not at all bothered about customers facing issue because of their website proble (Once it was gateway error and next it was blank chart) its purely their problem by which i have went up on loss of 60k by which i have asked for the refund and they didn't even responding for my tickets and they are closing tickets without my concern. When we called and spoke to the support team they are just arguing for no reason and not ready for refunding the amount which was happened because of their technical problem. I have attached the documents with this complaint which is showing clear bank chart and in mobile which is showing 3 pints low. And this is live market where values will be changing every seconds.
                  And with another case i have got gateway timed out problem by which i couldn't able to exit my positions. When i called them waiting for representative to connect with me and release my id, by the time when i logged in again i was ended up with loss where in previously i was in positive figure by 22k. At least now i should get proper response to my issue and with refund which i have incurred because of zerodha technical problem

                    I am just open my account in zerodha on 26/09/2018 which i pay rs.300 as account opening fees online but i now i want refund i do not want their service so they are refunding my money. And told by there customer executive that we will not refund any money. My trading id and password not yet generated not my kyc verification is done. I do not want to open my account in zerodha and now i want to claim my refund.

                      Sir, i am trying to contact with customer care as well as broker but there is no response from both company as well as broker. I just want to know that wheather my account is active for option or not but till today i am in tension how to confirm.                           I have requested account two weeks back but stil haven't received account details. On call center ivr keeps asking for 8 digit code which they have not provided yet. So i don't have any way to reach them. This is worst service i have seen. They have charged account opening fees and gave timeline of 48 hours to provide account details. But now there is no way to reach them.

                            I placed a sell order for 25000 and it got executed as 800+ orders and the app and the site crashed forcing me not to exit my position till square off and was charged call and trade charges or 20 + 18% gst for each of the 800+ orders. Resulting in loss of rs 18000 for me.

                            If zerodha cannot handle so many orders in trade book why should be the customer be held responsible?

                              I have applied online for zerodha id with the name of bhagyashri deoghare on 24 th august, 2018. But till date we have not received client id and password. We have already sent poa at your registered address banglore. We are very much dissatisfied with your service. We would not recommend to anyone about your company.                               Zerodha are fooling the clients and not even responding to mails.
                              Almost 2 months has passed however they are enable to generate ID and password contrary to this other brokers do so within 2 days.

Till date the account was not opened due to the sales officer was not mentioned my email address (informed by Vashi Navi Mumbai branch). I spoke to the sales officer from bangalore also.                                 My current balance is 430. How is my balance automatically deducted?
                                I pay rs 500 to my zerodha trading account. And purchased 4 shares o[censored]co bank @ 19.70 per share from *cnc*. I sold out 1 share, and remain 3 shares where goes i had no idea for these shares. After that i inform to mr. Rajesh at [protected] and my remain balance is rs. 489. And today when i check my fund balance then i saw it's just rs.430/-.
                                On 07/09/18 i pay 500 to zerodha trade account.
                                On 08/09/2018 buy 4 shares o[censored]co bank and sold out 1 share, remain 3 shares where it goes i had no idea not showing in my holding. Then talked to mr rajesh and he suggested to me trade from next monday (10/09/2018).
                                And today (Sunday) 09/09/2018 my balance is rs 430 without buying of any shares.
                                Now explain me what happening with my balance.

                                  My id is is-6892 i am using zerodha kite platform for trading from past 2-3 months and was quite happy with there services until i came across a horrible experience where my profitable trade of almost rs.3500/- was resulted in a huge loss or rs.15265/- due to there technical issue and no support from call center and nothing worked and i have nothing left to do but to keep looking at my losses getting increased upto rs.15000/-.

                                  Today dated 5th september 2018 i had placed sell order for yes bank (Eq) at around 12:29:45pm @ 336.85/1000shares and around 12:44:02pm @ 337.45/800shares total 1800shares sucessfuly.

                                  But problem arose when i had put a buy order for the same yes bank shares and it was rejected by zerodha kite with error server not ready. I have tried to execute buy order at around 12:55:19pm/ 12:57:40pm/ 12:59:59pm @ 336.55/- (1800shares)/ 336.65/- (800shares)/ 335.90/- (1800shares) respectively but all were rejected due to there server not ready error and the hight is that there call centeres are not responding when i tried to square off trade by call and trade facility, even support numbers are not responding and this continues till the order was auto squared off by the time price was @ 344.39/- resulted into rs.15236/- huge loss for me.

                                  I request the zerodha managment and team to compensate me with my losses of rs.15265/- + my trade profit of approx 3000/- total rs.18265/- compensation at the earliest.

                                  If this matter is not taken care at urgent basis will result in to complaining me to sebi console about the same.

                                  I need help. 30th September the company zerodha had received my documents for poa but they’ve not done my work. They’re not responding as well. They are very bad. They are not even responding. It’s pathetic.
                                  As per my BSE LTD dated 12.01.2018 Fund Balance is Rs.4449.81.After that I have not purchased any Equity or any other instrument.But today 03.09.2018, found my fund is Nil. My Clint ID:DB1868, Tel:9 onc[protected], Mail:[protected]@gmail.com.Please rectify the fault atonce.

                                    I have already sent poa document & delieverd to zerodha and (I have confirmed from courier services). Its been 7days the poa is delivered to ur office but still not updated i cant see my demate holdings.. I already sent my tracking details to [protected]@zerodha.. Till now my equity delivery sell trading is not working. My rs 3000 is already blocked in it. Resolve it as soon as possible

                                      Because of it i am not able to view my portfolio. Although i have purchased some shares but they said you will not be able to view your portfolio unless you submitted poa. This is second time i am sending poa. Ist time it was rejected due to some technical reasons.. Please solve the issue so that i can trade
