new zerodha demat account

Dear zerodha team i am opening the new demate account on date 15/10/2018. Still now i have not updated about acount status and my sales manager tenu shree is not attend call or not response for mails. Kindly clarify how to i know about acount status. I raised ticket no. Is [protected].

You are unable to doing further process than you can do the refund money.

very bad service I get fever from zerodha

I have 2 accounts in zerodha.
I suggest more than 20 people to open account in zerodha because o[censored] r giving a good service.
But now a days ur service is very very very bad for activation of just one commodity segment, i followup last 15 days but no one can complete my requirement, everyday i called customer care they told me today ur segment getting active but still...

zerodha customer service team not changing my email

I have sent an account modification form to change my registered email id. They recvd the the form on 4th october 2018 but till date they have not changed it. Its been 5 days now. When i call customer service team they r very rude nd disconnecting my call. I have also sent an email to [protected]@zerodha.com but that department is also sleeping. Due to al this issue i m not able to trade because new password is sent to registered email id....

blank chart and gateway error

refund account opening fees

I am just open my account in zerodha on 26/09/2018 which i pay rs.300 as account opening fees online but i now i want refund i do not want their service so they are refunding my money. And told by there customer executive that we will not refund any money. My trading id and password not yet generated not my kyc verification is done. I do not want to open my account in zerodha and now i want to claim my refund.

But there is no response from the other side even they are not receiving my call.

account not opened

I have requested account two weeks back but stil haven't received account details. On call center ivr keeps asking for 8 digit code which they have not provided yet. So i don't have any way to reach them. This is worst service i have seen. They have charged account opening fees and gave timeline of 48 hours to provide account details. But now there is no way to reach them....

lost 18000 due to system issue.

I placed a sell order for 25000 and it got executed as 800+ orders and the app and the site crashed forcing me not to exit my position till square off and was charged call and trade charges or 20 + 18% gst for each of the 800+ orders. Resulting in loss of rs 18000 for me.

If zerodha cannot handle so many orders in trade book why should be the customer be held responsible?...

I'm complaining about client id and password not yet generated

I have applied online for zerodha id with the name of bhagyashri deoghare on 24 th august, 2018. But till date we have not received client id and password. We have already sent poa at your registered address banglore. We are very much dissatisfied with your service. We would not recommend to anyone about your company. Hoping for the positive response from your side as soon as possible....

deduction of amount

My current balance is 430. How is my balance automatically deducted?
I pay rs 500 to my zerodha trading account. And purchased 4 shares of uco bank @ 19.70 per share from *cnc*. I sold out 1 share, and remain 3 shares where goes i had no idea for these shares. My id is is-6892 i am using zerodha kite platform for trading from past 2-3 months and was quite happy with there services until i came across a horrible experience where my profitable trade of almost rs.3500/- was resulted in a huge loss or rs.15265/- due to there technical issue and no support from call center and nothing worked and i have nothing left to do but to keep looking at my losses getting increased upto rs.15000/-.

poa document is sent & delivered to zerodha but updated

I have already sent poa document & delieverd to zerodha and (I have confirmed from courier services). Its been 7days the poa is delivered to ur office but still not updated i cant see my demate holdings.. I already sent my tracking details to [protected]@zerodha.. Till now my equity delivery sell trading is not working. My rs 3000 is already blocked in it. Resolve it as soon as possible...

This is to inform you that my ledger is wrongly updated for 24th august. It is showing two entries for exposure margin debit entry. I had 4 lac in my demat account as on 23rd august and today there is an additional debit entry of 172813 rs as stated earlier. Because of all this my funds withdrawal request of 12000 rs got rejected saying insufficient funds....
