Hi,
I got bad experience with zerodha,
For account opening zerodha will be more active to take entry fee from us.
Later disappeared.

I have raised a segment activation request on may 8th, till now they haven't enabled.

I received a mail on may 10th like segment activation is approved.
But when i start trading : this exchange segment is not enabled for your account. Enable by visiting: zrd. Sh/add-segment

I can understand in this covid-19 employees are working from home. Takes 24 to 48 hours to reflect/approve.

But i don't think it will take more then 1 week to approve.
I have informed to my relationship manager regarding this activation, she shared a number for trade related queries. ([protected]),

They raised a new request again i have to wait for 48 hours,
I have waited but still not enabled segment,

And i have been calling to my relationship manager sweta soni, she is no response for my call or emails.

Again i tried to call trade related queries. Again they will take as a new request and they make me to wait for 48 hours each time..

Whats the use of waiting for long, same # repeats.

I never experience like this before very bad service. I would like to rate out of 5 - zerooooo.

I have an demat account in sharekhan and icici direct. They are best service i experience personally. More faster more active.

I just wanted to try zerodha because of low cost brokerage only one reason i have choosen this.

I never thought low cost brokerages companies will be poor service.

Hi,

I am getting a very very bad experience with zerodha,
for account opening I used to get frequent call from zerodha and that time they were more active.

My account opened after regular follow up on 24th April. And I got mail for NSE registration also on same day.
Then I raised for segment activation and till 7th May I did multiple calls/tickets and finally it's approved on 12th May. But still I am not sure why trading is getting rejected with same reason "segment not enabled" And repeatedly asking to contact Zerodha support team. But as usual the Covid-19 support phone ringing anf finally getting closed with message "Support person is busy in another call". I can understand 1-2 times, 10 time they are busy, but each and every time call same.. It's really useless and stupidity.

Now message is: This exchange segment is not enabled for your account. Enable by visiting: zrd.sh/add-segment.

The issue might be some where and we could not understand. But there should a proper guideline written somewhere or someone from support team should guide for 1st time.

Hope Zerodha person will reach me soon.

Hi i MAHESH HANMANT JADHAV BANK nifty segment trading not done please solve problem. Refer image send.

It took more than a month just to upload income proof and get NFO get access
Thought everything is fixed, now when I tried to trade it says exchange segment not enabled
and says activate by zrd.sh/add-segement

This option is no where available in zerodha and now even in google I am unable to find
have dialled to customer care its 26 mins now, still on hold...………...the best experience
