Zeta — No refund credit in card

I purchased item from amazon.they are failed to send.they refund my amount in my card.But still it is not deposited by zeta in my card.pl do needful.
I was purchased tulip hood for my canon DSLR Camera. They was refunded on 13/06/17.by I'd 75260827165013779345294.charge auth#999018 for rupees 199/-.in my card.many times I checked my balance in zeta card.but it is not refunded.
