We have been sufferring total non-operative ofzicom products after our purchase. zicom appointed dealer also not responding. we will be forced to take legal action if our issue is not resolved.

our company had purchased zicom products after the sales people had given us commitment that zicom is very good in sales after service.

we are suffering since last 2 years inspite of writing complaints several times. their products also detroited once 1 year warranty period got over. exactly the date wise it went of. we are really surprised how a company can be so non-trustworthy.

we would like to take it up leagaly if our complaint is not handled this time.

    We purchased a 7"vdp (Colour) handsfree with automatic audio video recording paying almost 11, 000 inr during april-2017; and it stopped working after 3-4 weeks. The dealer"edge intelligent security system" came and took back the new one, replaced a temporary old lower model (7, 000 inr).. It's more than 6 months, they sent again the same faulty piece after several follow ups, and promised to fix it and get back. They have not returned my expensive module nor attending to my calls now. I am in a fix now.

    So pathetic service that would never ever recommend anyone as well as spread the awareness about the horrendous experience we have.

    So.also the Fire alarm system installed by Zicom is out of order.
    Inspire of 2 previous complains Noone has inspected or try to fix the issue.
    The Zicom is worst in professionalism.
    The call Centre call never gets connected. Even if it's connected the company people are veey rude and unprofessional.

      I was called by mr. Tejas karhadkar () head hr) and he had fixed my interview with
      Ms. Tanvi joshi (Director marketing) on 16th feb 2018.
      My interview with ms. Tanvi joshi went on very well and i was told that i was selected and was supposed to be called to meet the md of the organisation mr. Pramoud rao for a small discussion.
      Post my interview i kept waiting for a call from anita sharma from hr but i didn’t receive anyc all from her.
      I finally called to find out what happened since and i was told by tejas karhadkar that i am not shorlisted.
      This was a shock to me since ms. Tanvi had conveyed me very clearly that the interview went on well and she has no issues on me joining their organisation and just for a formality a small discussion with md was pending.
      The conclusion is whether tanvi called me because she was bored and wanted to pass her time or the company calls the candidates and has fun by going back on their words.
      Overall i wasted my time, energy and also my valuable work day since i took a leave.
      And post my interview tanvi just vanished as i tried calling her and she never responded to my calls.
      Request to the management that pls dont play around with the candidates by calling them and wasting their time.
      Potential candidates - please don’t think of joining such weird organisation with crazy people.

      Customers - if their behaviour is so weird with the potential candidates, i can image how they will be dealing in after sales service.

          This is issue raised by kotak mahindra bank ltd HRBR branch . The staff has changed here and we need to know the procedure to change the inmation mobile numbers. pls take necessary action on priority basis.
          I have installed video door phone last September and in every 3-4 months I have to log a complaint for the same. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible or refund my product.

            Horrible customer service. In spite of promising to come and fix the device every Saturday (the only day provided by your technician) the phone is either switched off or not received. It has been 2 months of chasing you'll. It's a hindrance. What security are you'll providing? I am going to post this on all social media platforms and ask my influential friends to do the same. The WORST SECURITY SYSTEM EVER.

For your side commit the complaint resolved within 48 hour, but pending till date. Your services is very very poor. I am not satisfied for your services.               We had registered complaint and the complaint no is 339659, some person attended called Pradeep from M/s.Sadguru, we were told that they will charge Rs.500.00 for the visit but when we asked him he said rs.750.00 but when told him we are informed Rs.500.00 he agreed for Rs.500.00 and said it was mistakenly said, we were also misguided when he attended call, we were told the problem was for adaptor and needed to be changed will cost Rs.850.00 so we told we will get from shop and give you but he refused said he will not be able to fix it if its not purchased from him, there was a problem of bell not ringing and on asking we were told that this will have to be sent to company and may take more than 15 days or may 2 days, later when we were not satisfied with his justification we paid Rs.500.. and asked for receipt which he said we will sent you on you email, but we did not receive the same .

              so over all we did not find this person very professional and at every stage he tried to misguide us, my question to zicom is how do you appoint such kind o[censored]nprofessional people for service who are instead of attending your complaint trying to make their own money .

              if this is the kind of service we get then i may not advice to any of our close ones to buy your product, and if not attended my complaint soon, i may give my above reviews on website .

              i request you to go through the details and inform us how can you rectify this problem,

              Linking road Swarna Rekha CHS cameras are not working. Also we wish to have WiFi system for viewing on cell phone
              Zicom is very bad in customer support and in fact, our money is pending with them since long. It's MD is like aware of the situation and calmly asks to go on social media and it doesn't matter the kind of reply he has.

                We have purchased zicom product for our project. After installation the product was working only for a week and then none of the products was working. We purchased 34 units for our entire project. Since the zicom channel partner company is closed we directly contacted zicom for solving the issue but its been a year now we are still in the same status. We have launched the complaint in website thrice but we dint get any solutions. Chennai branch visited our site for an eyewash. Till now none of the problems was solved. We have lost our money in investing for a useless product.
                Zicom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I complained about a few cameras not working in Amar Residency building at Punjabwadi, Deonar, Mumbai 400088 about twodays ago and was assured that an engineer would attend on the following day. Till now no one has attended to this complaint. I urge upon the Compant to act swiftly without further delay

                            I have purchased video door phone for security in Feb, 2015 and since then my product has not been replaced despite being in warranty. what does in warranty means to you, is it that you will put a repaired product in change of my product. my video door phone has not been working since then, and the engineers have put a damaged product in my house with buttons not working and it hardly works for a month. this has been done constantly for last 2 times. now you tell me, will you consider my warranty period from the new date of the installation of the repaired product. the product should be replaced, and not to fool the customers by putting a repaired product. till now, iv been respecting you and your team but you are ruining your customers.

Sir, last year i have installed ZICOM door bell security system from your sales person. And in current year march this system not working properly and when i make compaint in march 2015 they said engineer will visit us but after several complaints to your support nothing have been happened. i have also communicated with your senior staff of support Mr. Vijay Sharma but he started shouting on me that i have not make any complaint to them but when i shared the support ticket no. he says that complaint will be closed by tomorrow but not it is several days gone but nothing is being happened. Now i have no other choice except go to Consumer Forum. If any mishap happens in my house then their directors and support staff will be responsible and i will make police complaint against you. my support ticket no is 259258 and 234693. waiting for your reply for next 2 days and after that i will lodge complaint in consumer forum and seeking claim for that.                                   I wanted to log a complaint angaist technician Dheeraj. I am from Bharti Retail Narwana Branch (site 3330) two days back i have logged a complaint in toll free help line no.and they have given me maximum 48 hrs for its solution. When i called to Mr. Dheeraj technician (Mobile no. [protected]) and said today is the last day for solution then he says, " we will come minimum by day after tomorrow in your branch means again 48hrs. i told him that nothing is working there related to zicom and also helpline no. have provided me only 48 hr and your are saying that we will take 48 more hr to come in my branch. Then he told me that i will come day after tomorrow and you can do whatever you can do?

                                    We had installed Zicom surveillance home cameras. The technical team had not knowledge about it's operation and spent a huge amount of time in getting it started. However, the cameras were not working. We called for help innumerable times. We had to beg for help. The team said that since its a new launch, they cannot do much to help. We called and wrote mails several times to top management. We were not heard. After rigorous follow ups, we got some help and the cameras started working for sometime. But again it stopped working. We are working (my husband and myself) are working. I joined back on the basis that I would have a live surveillance from office. I have 2 small babies at home (7 months). Its very frustating and harassing, that I have no optionm but to take half day or leaves from office!! Our babies are with the maids at home. We really need this, so that we can work, earn and give a good life to our family. Zicom product has completely failed to deliver. Even the 2-way communication feature in the same is an utter failure. We request for help to sort this. Either we want our money back or else pls help us resolve this.

Even the 2-way communication feature in the same is an utter failure. We request for help to sort this. Either we want our money back or else pls help us resolve this.
