My names George i have a flat in Pune vishrantwadi dhanori splendid square D 406 we took position of the house over a year ago and since then the zicom is not working we have the system which has a camera at the front with a wide screen monitor inside the house.. I have called up many times to the help line no. I want it to be fixed.. As soon as possible..

    Purchased a door Phone in August'2014. The product has been giving the problem since beginning. First time repair took over a month and even now even after repeated reminders, the product has not been repaired or replaced. My complaint number: 169828 Big companies like ZIcom have taken consumenrs for a ride and put money in marketing rather then the actual prodcut

        The worst after sales service team I have ever came across. 8 days since the first complaint and regular follow up since then, But none is ready to buzz. This is how they make the customer "feel safe". Moreover all they are worried of is AMC, Annual Maintenance Contact, they don't care if their is burglary or theft in the home, they don't care how difficult it can be for a 50 yrs old to come down 3 floor just to open a door and they claim to be the best in personal security industry. This is when all they need to do is, just a change of adapter. The top executive also give the same answer and excuse as a mere customer care executive.

        hey i have been using their products since last 5 years and I have faced such kind of problem. Normally when i face the problem i call their customer care and get it resolved in a days time . Why dont you give try on their toll free number[protected]

          I purchased a Zicom Push Video Camera and have had the worst customer service experiences in my life. I had to chase them so many times to get the installation done, they sent some totally incompetent person the first time to do the installation of a network camera. The man didn't know how to run the installation CD on my computer and needed my help. He had not heard of simple networking things like port forwarding. The wiring that was done was the worst I have seen and they charged me for it. Now for over a month I am trying to get a basic sensor installed at the front door and they say it is not available for over a month. What sort of security company does not have a simple sensor for over a month. Absolute third rate service. I wish had stayed clear away from this company. I thought this being a public listed company the service would be good. I have no idea about the quality or service of other brands in the market but this one is terrible. I am still trying to get the sensor.

              The company has created 2 websites for selling their products. The site zicomretail.com is for selling partenrs, wherein they have kept the MRP higher and the other site zicom.com , wherein they have kept the MRP lower. The selling partners are showing the site zicomretail.com to the customers and selling the product at a higher rate. Please Advise as I have been cheated by one of the selling partners – the absolute solutions, by charging the MRP of the same product, by 50%.

                Dear all,

                I had worked with a company named Zicom Electronics security system pvt ltd in mumbai, i left the company on june 10, and submitted my withdrawal forms to kandivali office through my company on Oct.But still i didnt get my amount. when i am calling at that office they are never responding over the phone . From last 2 weeks i am trying but they are not picking up the calls.I am also send the PF received file also with attachment.

                Sir,

                I am not sure if you are aware but the company cannot do anything about the PF except for submitting the forms which the company has done. After that the PF authorities are suppose to revert to the candidate. No company has any control over PF authorities
                But why the employee will suffer in this case? Who will take the responsiliblity for that.

                  Since then I am waiting for my withdrawal & unable to get any update.

                    I have been trying to get my Zicom system fixed against my complaint number 3791 but no body seems to bother.

                    When you want to buy their system they show extraordinary zeal but the moment you have paid them off, off they go.

                    None of their systems work: Toll Free, e mail or personal contact with the distributor.

                    I am thoroughly harassed.

                      pawan battery house (shop no 3 anand palace old pardi naka bhandara road nagp phone-2683477,2680547) had purchased a machinery from shri shyam sales (opp.vikas engg.beside reliance infocomm,bhandara road ,nagpur mob-[protected] ).

                      We have purchased securtiy machine dated on 5-OCT-2008 Invoice No:SSS/0708/01 .IT has not be working since the day of puchased we compliant it many times but never got proper response so we want a proper action should be taken against the company

                        After going throuth ad in newspaper, sending e-mail to M/s. Zycom, and after Telephonic talk, I purchased a Video Telephone from M/s. Zycom for my flat in Borivali, Mumbai. A sales representative (he turned out to be either a frachisee or a sub-contractor) came to my home & showed the relevant pamphletes. Based on these and the price I informed him to deliver, install & commission Video Telephone with memory. I was told about installation charges later.
                        When the instrument was installed - April/May 2009, I was told that there is no Instruction Manual with the instrument and neither a Warrantee Card was given.
                        The Video Telephone is supposed to be for Security. It consists of TWO Units - (i) a camera with electronic bell - to be installed outside the entrance door of the flat & (ii) a telephone set with a monitor to display the image of person ringing the bell.
                        From Aug/Sept 2009, the bell works & the monitor becomes lighted but does not show any image.
                        As soon as I noticed the fault I called up M/s. Zycom. I was told that the Instrument is UNDER CARRY ON WARRANTEE and hence I should bring it to their service centre. When I expressed that it is a Security Instrument and can not be removed and brought to service centre, I was told that engineer can come to my house but I will have to pay around Rs. 400/=.
                        My complaint is ---- (i) No Instruction Manual and No Warrantee card was given to me, assuring me orally of a good service; (ii) I was told that it is Carry On Warrantee (This is the first time I heard of such a warrantee).
                        IF I AM AT FAULT FOR NOT ENSURING THE PROPER DOCUMENTS WHEN PURCHASING SUCH INSTRUMENT, I ATLEAST WISH THAT OTHER PROSPECTIVE BUYERS / USERS SHOULD NOT BE CHEATED.

                          Sir,
                          This company Zicom is changing name & Cheating people by making them dealers , changing Policy after policy.It has Given me products worth Rs.100000(against my security deposit which was lying with them for one year) and very next week they said they are closing services in Lucknow, all my previous clients are suffering along with me .
                          this company came with new products & forcing me to give my products to them agaist which Zicom will issue credit note. But i can't trust them anymore.even if i believe what'll i do with other products when these thugs have closed services & giving no warranty in Lucknow.

                            I have purchased a vedio door phone of Zicom, I have made a complaint no. - 2358 dated 23rd August 2009 , but even after many reminders, i have get no solution. The senior persons are not comming on line & I am not able to find the email id for the responsible persons too.
                            This is the worst ever experience I have get from a reputed company like zicom.

                              This is the only company i've ever seen who are such a shame less company and still in the market. what a skin !!!

                              this cheater company made me dealer with all comittments of support and sales promotion but till date i'm carrying products of about Rs. One Lakh Lying with me and the products i sold are still lying unoperational after few days of installation for technical support

                              Other than this issue this ridiculous sompany has taken cheque of Rs.29010.00 from me and even after 3 years none product has been delivered nor maney was returned

                              though i'm planning for legal action but i hope this cheater company will treat this as a last warning

                              I agree to what u say brother.i'm also planning to take legal actions.
                              I am returning the goods. I am a ZSP for last two - three years. The company has removed all its field force form the Raipur, CG territory. goods are lying pending since I have become ZSP. I agree with you.
                              This company must be stopped form cheating anymore.

                                I had purchased zicom home security burglar alarm system on 07-07-08 from universal solutions nasik. as the burglar alarm was not properly working i put up a complaint on their helpline on 25/06/09. complaint no. 2217. inspite of putting up repeated reminders on the helpline no engineer has turned up. the company now says that nasik has been put up in the non servicable area. the same fact was not told to me when i bought the product.

                                Zicom — Not repairing in warranty period since last 3 weeks

                                I have been followingup with Zicom. They do not come to repair the equipment in warranty period. Nobody even take note of how many days the complaint is pending.
                                My complaint is pending since last 3 weeks, nobody is attending it.

                                Useless fellows.

                                Zicom — Dual Policy in After Sales Service

                                This is first company I saw which is firstly interested in billing rather than providing service to the sub-standard materials manufactured and supplied. The customer care give one assurance whereas the service department tell another. Beware of ZICOM before buying its products.

                                  I have resigned from ZICOM ELECTRONIC SECURITY SYSTEM LTD. on 14th august 2008.there i have done work from 11dec2007 to 14 august 2008.as per commitment of the company
                                  they assure me u will get ur pending dues with in 40 days
                                  but i have called, mails to the company for my pending dues
                                  now they refused to make payment of my pending dues
                                  i have worked in Karnal Location in under of authorised person of company Mr. Ashutosh Goyal.he gaves me false assurance & forced to me for resigned . when i resigned after that mr. goyal have stopped to pick my calls & didn't reply of my mails
                                  my monthly salary was 11046.00 excluding other benifits, pf, ta, da etc.
                                  i am facing problems & very weak to manage my faimly
                                  i have appointment letter of the company, salary slips, other documents, employee code etc
                                  these are my pending dues on ZICOM : -
                                  1.One month salary 15th july to 14th august-11046.00
                                  2.Provident Fund of 8 months 1080*8 - 8640.00
                                  3.Last 2 months ta, da, expenses etc -16000.00
                                  4.Other benifits as per appointment letter - 3000.00
                                  5.Leave benifits as per company policy - 6000.00

                                  NET TOTAL PENDING AMOUNT IS : 44686.00

                                  Kindly help me for clearing of these pending dues

                                  Zicom can do any bad thing ever seen by you in any hindi movie. I trust your words.
                                  Zicom is the worst company with worst management I ever dealt with. I am reseller of zicom product in chattisgarh. I still have stocks of Zicom Products, but I fear selling those to my customer as all its products are cheap chinese quality. They also stopped giving service to customers in chhatisgarh. I also don't have any contact from Zicom who can deal with my problems.
                                  Altough being a Dealer of Zicom, I will recomend you not to buy any product of Zicom. Shareholders never go for this company, I smell it as next SATYAM in making.

                                    We recived a statement from the company as attachment in which my cheque of Rs . 50000/- through cheque no 365943 of OBC which is a clearly a bank entry becomes a credit of Just Rs. 46570.00 & where does the balance of Rs 3430.00 went during bank transiction is left unexplained.

                                    moreover We recived three Invoices from Zicom against this cheque

                                    Ist Invoice no 00060 dt[protected] for Rs. 26659.69
                                    & 2nd Invoice no 00061 dt[protected] for Rs. 16536-00
                                    &3rd Invoice no 00072 dt[protected] for Rs 3067.88
                                    So a total of 46263.57 Which clarly indicates a credit balance of Rs. 3736.43 for which comany is now denying.
