I have placed order for bra of rs 471 from zivame site on 18 july. On 23th july i received the product. The product is defective so i placed the return request on the next day the product is returned. On 24th july they convert my cash in to zcoins. So on 25th july i requested to convert my zcoins into the cash till date i have not received my cash in to the bank account. Such a worst experience with zivame. I ordered a bra I had to return it bcuz it was not true to its size . I got regund in form of zcoins i want refund in my bank account. Pls transfer my zcoins in my bank account asap.

Mene bhi 3 bra order ki thi koi coin bank me return nahi aaya. Inki behan ke bhosde me keede pade.

I have placed order for bra from zivame site on 07 march . On 11th march i received the product. The product size is too small then actual size.i placed the return request on the same day the product is returned. On 12th march they convert my cash in to zcoins. So on 12th march i requested to convert my zcoins into the cash, they deny to transfer my refund amount from their ### zcoins to my bank account.i have not received my cash in to the bank account. Such a worst experience with zivame. Want to place legal action against them.
