Sir, I would like to state that rs. 590 (Rupees five hundred ninty only) against refund of my cancelled train ticket from irctc ltd. Has not been credited to my bank account. The details for the same are as follows: Transaction id [protected], irctc refund date 10 nov. 2017 but not credited to bank account. You are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest. I have booked ticket by my personal IRCTC I'd on 27 Nov 2017. Vide pnr no. [[protected]] on train no. 12861 for the date 19 Jan 18. The same ticket was cancelled on 13 Jan 18. On my IRCTC log in page, it was showing that the cancelled ticket refunded amount was credited through ZKPY Bank on 18 Jan 18. However, I have not yet received refund amount.
I would like to state that rs. 1190 (One Thousand One Hundred And Ninety Only) against refund of my cancelled train ticket from irctc ltd. Has not been credited to my bank account.
The details for the same are as follows:
Transaction id [protected], irctc refund date 03 JAN. 2018 but not credited to bank account.
You are requested to kindly do the needful at the earliest.
