Zkpy Bank — refund not received

I book ticket in irctc on 27 apr 28 and same day cancel but no refund credited into my account yet. Reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1160.0 has not been processed yet as per below details:
