Zkpy Bank — irctc refund not credited in my a/c.

I have cancel a ticket of pnr no.- [protected], transaction id - [protected] & cancellation id _[protected] on 12 - apr-2018.
And irctc shows status refunded on 14-apr-2018 to zkpy bank.
Yet i have not got the refund of 830₹ in my account. Please refund 830₹ in my s. B. I saving a/c.
