Zkpy Bank — refund amount not received for ticket cancellation

I have not received the refund amount yet in my bank account. Cancelled my ticket on 15.03.2018 through irctc portal. Transaction Id is [protected] and [protected] cancellation id is [protected] and [protected]
Kindly address the issue as soon as possible. Refund amount is rs 3405 & rs 3405 and it reads that amount has been refunded to zaakpay instead of my bank account.
