Zomato — 1340 rs. refund not received from zomato | |||
It’s been so disappointing experience from zomato. I recently ordered some pack of sweet of rs. 1340 order number [protected] from zomato after having order the restaurant has declined my order and your team has informed us that refunded has been initiated on 22/07/19 and confirm us that your bank may take up to 7 business days to process the refund. Now the said period has been passed and still i did not found the same, i have already taken your support from your back-end team but they have only excuses that please contact with your bank with providing refund reference number that is 75503729204031585662429, so i just wants to say that bank have no rights to check through the refund reference number, it is to inform you that it was my first order and if first is getting this through, then you don't think again with zomato, also the amount is huge so please look into the matter immediately as for your better work chat support snap is attached with this e-mail Just think if the same case is happening with you that what you will do?
