Hi sir my name is rocky mark dcruze i was employed at zomato gurgaon. I was working pretty good in this company, in the month of oct 2015 my grandfather had expired, where i had to take a long leave which i had informed the same to the company, as the company says that if any emergency is there in the family yes we do allow leaves, i came back to the company where my previous team leader understood my problem. Since then i was working properly, then in the month of nov my mother had taken bad and a new team leader name ( gurdeep singh ) who was very rude the way he used to treat me as i was some labor working under him, not one day he had spoken to one properly but had been very rude to me, it was saturday when my mother had some test to be done where i had told him in advance that i will not make it to office on saturday, this person had called and spoke to my mother very rudely and also dunno what he told my mother where she started breathing heavily, and when i called him for the same he says i dont care about your mother if she is well or not or any xyz reason you have to come to office, and then the next day i went to office, i again sent him am email that i will be a bit late to office so please do excuse me, and it was some where nov the 23rd 2015, he calls me again says that its not my look out dnt care about your work please reach on time, i called this person and he was extremely rude and aggressive, and i was requesting him but he did not listen to me at all. And when i went to office that day the hr's of the company and the process manager forced me to resign the company, i requested them that please as am all alone and my mother is not well, please let me work and the hr said that that we are sorry but we will not hold the salary we will release the same on the last day or maximum the 1st of dec, when i called the process manager she said that sorry rocky you will get your salary after 45 days. Is this the way to tell a lie to the employees and bluff them and get them out from the company. Am happy that am out from such a horrible company where the team leader is so arrogant and thinks that all are fake and he is the only person who is right. On the 28th or 29th i got a message from my aunty she stays next to one that we need you urgently, the way he reacted to me that he took my mobile and showed the same to his managers and then throws the mobile to me. This is not right. My only request sir is that i need the salary and that told me lies.
