It is forty minutes past midnight on a sunday; with an overwhelming realisation of having to travel to my workplace in pune from mumbai tomorrow morning, i am typing an email to your 'impeccable' 'service' company about an undelivered and prepaid order i placed four hours ago.
After all, i have had gone through trying to resolve an issue concerning a supposed (Better food for more people) integral aspect of your business, the very thought of labelling your business model as 'customer-centric' seems to me like a piercing satiric.
I am mentally incapable of explaining the issue again, i am sincerely hoping that you would be able to track the problem with the help of the order number and/or the screenshot of the 'state of the art' customer service setup i dealt with where the representative repetitively slammed dismissive templates to shoo off the 'oh so important' customer.
This email is not a final call for help; i am motivated enough to escalate this recurring issue to all possible channels, forums and hierarchies until the issue is acknowledged and consequently resolved.
