Zomato — [protected]/they rejected order and money also not refunded | |||||
Recently i ordered in zomato with order id [protected]. Costs 351 inr. After one hour of time they said like order rejected as food is not available. If food is not available you have to provide some alternative as we waited for one hour and in the peek hours where we can go. They mentioned that will refund the amount and almost 10 days passed but i didn't received amount. If i trying to check with customer service, they are asking me to check with my bank. Boss why i will go to my bank. I paid zomoto and which should be responsible for my every question. Fully unhappy and disappointed with the services of zomato. Was this information helpful? | |||||
