Zomato — a hotel delivered very low quantity food - not worthy for the bill paid | |||||
Ordered 3 gopi fried rice and one mushroom biriyani in a hotel (Vijay delhi chats, west mambalam, chennai.) But they delivered only the single quantity of the fried rice in three packages. I didnt expect this from the hotel and zomato. We reported it to the zomato customer care, they simply say that they cannot take this complaints related to quantity. Then why they are having business with those fraudulent hotels. Order details: vijay delhi chats, order id [protected], order time 11th dec at 10.34pm. If they are not concerning about customer feedback, then why they have customer support to collect feedback. Searched for the consumer helpline numbers, the numbers are not working.
