I have order some food item from drunken panda an hotel in kochi from zomato app. I have oredered the same on[protected].37 am) paid through online.
I was waiting for this order for more than 2 hrs and was not able to wait anymore. So ihave reported this issue in zomato app enquiy. They told me that the order is still on and the delivery agent is 20 minituse away from the order so i waited more and more finally i called up the agent. And the agent was rude and harsh at which i could not tolerate. The agent told me the agent called me and i was not picking up his calls thats why he cancelled the order.
The important thing is that i diddnt recive any calls from the zomato agent or zomato. He was just arguing on the same and behaved so rude and very harsh. He was questioning on my rights. It created a bad impression on my credibility. I couldnot tolerate on this. After the agent call got over i called the customer care to see the stand on that and they also was harsh on me which was indeed an really sad and bad experience for me.
As per the details mentioned above i have attached the call history details and chats and order detail screenshots. And the chat recieved from the driver.
This issue was a disgrace to my dignity and violation of my rights. As the order was cancelled very lately and i couldnot find any other restarant open at that time and was not able to satsfy my hunger. Iam still starving at point of writting this complaint.
The refund is just easy thing which can be provided by the zomato. I need compensation on the time wasted and violation of basic rights
