Zomato — about refund [protected]

I ordered from rahul meena momo's on 6th october 2018 at 9:22pm

But i cancelled this order on time
The food was not prepared..
So i cancelled it... On chat.. They said my money will be refunded.. But it have been 7 day.. No refund has done yet
And now i asked on chat that where is my refund.. They replays no refund will be credited because the food was dispatched.. But i know the food was not prepared
Plz sir, talk an action on my complain
