Zomato — about refund

I ordered food from pratik briyani today 8th oct 2018. Money got deducted from my bank account. But order was not placed. I want my money back. Please help me out and refund my money. Please respond chat support is not working. Please it was 282 rps please i want my money back. Please i want my money back. Please respond and give my refund. I even called at the restaurant pratik briyani but my call was not recieved and second time i called the no was switched off. Please check this out please
