Zomato — account being blocked and refund not being initiated

My account under [protected] was blocked for no reason and after following up with the team on email multiple times there has been no response.

Created a new account with [protected] and now as per order number [protected]. The restaurant has canceled the order but the zomato team is not issuing the refund for the money paid.

It has been frustrating experience for me using zomato. Pathetic customer service and lack of customer centricity has been a big problem.

Updated by Dinesh Khatri 0489 My other account with [protected] has also been blocked for asking my money back. This is ridiculous.

Now this has reached the heights. I want compensation for harassing me. Zomato is doing this because they know that they have monopoly in delivering the food late at night or early in the morning and hence they are torturing me by not letting me order online.
