My account under [protected] was blocked for no reason and after following up with the team on email multiple times there has been no response.
Created a new account with [protected] and now as per order number [protected]. The restaurant has canceled the order but the zomato team is not issuing the refund for the money paid.
It has been frustrating experience for me using zomato. Pathetic customer service and lack of customer centricity has been a big problem. Was this information helpful? |
