[Resolved] Zomato — account blocked due to suspicious activity | |||||
Last week i ordered food from zomato, but food was bad, that's why i asked for refund, after 3 hours of argument they refunded the order but that night zomato blocked all my account, when i mailed them they said that they are unable to unblock it again. I know why they blocked my account, one of zomato executive abused me and used wrong word, when i complained about him in social media they blocked my all accounts instead of taking action against them.
