[Resolved]  Zomato — Cancellation fee charged on cancelling the order within 60 seconds

I have ordered from zomato and mistakenly chosen the secondary address, however, I have cancelled the order in order to reorder it with the correct address. Zomato has accepted the cancellation along with the levied the cancellation charges 443/- on me even though I have immediately cancelled it. After scrolling through their customer support where they won't actually provide any kind of support just a virtual AI assistant. Afterwards I sent an email to their address from where I got the response that the refund can't be initiated as order cancellation request was done by after the food partners have accepted the order and prepared the food and to avoid food wastage and food charges, we have to compensate the food partners. How come the food has been prepared within a minute???? They are not giving any partial or full refund instead they are not providing any kind of resolution.
