[Resolved]  Zomato — Complaint for overcharged item

I raised a complaint regarding my order placed on 26th May 2025 (Order ID: #[protected]). The order included an item – Unni Appam, which was charged at ₹74, but upon delivery, I found it to be a packed item with an MRP of ₹52.

I immediately reported this issue, and your team assured me that a customer executive would contact me within 48 hours. However, there was no response from them then I sent a mail on 31st May addressing the same issue to [protected]@zomato.com and [protected]@zomato.com. Then I received a autogenerated mail in reply says they will contact me with in 72 hours. Today us 3rd June 2025 there is no one contacted me from their side and the issue is still unsolved.
