Zomato — account blocked ....suspicious activity?

I ordered food and found hair in it so i just complain to zomato and they refunded but after few time they blocked my account and says i had done some suspious activity i know tgey blocked me because one of their a gent was not at all helpful so i just told him you are zero helpful i hope zomato do something and unblock my account. Really upseting from zomato side.

Hi,
I wanted to place an order from Natural Ice cream through Zomato, Order value was Rs.1, 385/- but money was deducted from wallet but order was not placed.
I have again placed the order, Request you to kindly process the refund for the earlier order.

I have ordered food from spice roof patiala and for the same order wrongly two times payment of Rs 548.65 has been done as OTP was generated twice. Neither Spice roof cancelled the order nor Zomato and they are not willing to refund the amount nor cancel the order. I want to sue company and spice roof for this mental harassment of 2lakh rupees

I have ordered food from Zomato.i have paid the amount of 785 online.The restaursant was Slice Of Italy(mayur vihar).

The food was not delivered to me and the status in the Zomato App was delivered.I didn't get any call from the zomato delivery boy also.

Please help me getting my money back.
