Zomato — account blocked unethically

I received some wrong orders, packing problems and i complained same... Moreover i ordered very morning times due to which packing was not done properly as i doubt... However i[censored] see my order list from day 1 in other city there are no complaints and in this place i was having this problem and complained same. You consider this as suspicious? I said same for your customer care when he call me
