Zomato — account disabled for online orders

I had placed an order on zomato and had issues with the order respectively. On raising a concern, an executive helped me and resolved my complain by giving me zomato credits. The next day i try to place an order and it says my account has been disabled from online orders dude to suspicious behaviour. I need an explaination for this, zomato. And all agents have been unresponsive ever since then and mails have not been responding to me as well.

Hi have recently order for burger, his agent not reached at mentioned location afterthat without disucssed from customer order rejected and payment not refunded.

Please take action otherwise i will take action on upper level

I have received a worst packaged food which was spoiled and not edible from zomato service...so I complained to the customer support of zomato through email describing my issue with pictures..bt they didn't respond to me through any mail or message..
