Zomato — account has been permanently blocked | |||
It's been some time since my zomato account with zomato gold has been blocked. I tried to contact zomato for my last order which had wrong items in it and had also shared a photo. Also, there was an order with spillage issue which i had complained against. I was refunded zomato credits but then my account was blocked without any notification, and my zomato gold usage was also terminated with that. I tried contacting zomato over mail but they were totally unresponsive and unwilling to listen. Kindly help me in this. Was this information helpful? | |||
