Zomato — Account is blocked on the second day of my job for no reason

23rd November I started working
24th November when I open the app it says my account is blocked the second day only
So I went to the zomato office to collect T-shirt and bag and I paid 1590rs
I asked them why is it blocked they told it will become proper in 2 days
I have raised 4 tickets and no proper response
And there is no helpline number to call
Please do the needful

They said they will activate in 24hrs yesterday
And still it isn’t activated
