Zomato — Account terminated due to denials

My name is harish and I am working as Zomato partner But I have done order denials at the beginning and I don't know that it will affect the account also but after watching the training videos, I haven't denialed any order I have delivered all the orders, please activate my account I will not do this mistake again please, I am student and I need this job please activate my account please please I request.

Sir please sir I have done that denials because of my bike tyre was puncture and when I did one denial there repeated order are coming at that situation I don't know how to respond so that's why I done the denials and went offline and came back online on 7pm.
