Zomato — against r chat team support | |||||
I have order food in mumbai from faasos after my estimate time i have contacted chat support there a guy said me wait u will recieve the food but later he refund my money and said they cant provide the order again he said he will arrange the meal for me and given me order no [protected] and i waited for 02hrs for it and latter no response was there and i was just hungry and helpless... Is this a service zomato proviing to its customer or shall i proceed with consumer forum Was this information helpful? | |||||
