I placed an order on 5th July 2019. The details of which are captured in the photo attachments. Zomato has charged me more than the amount charged by the hotel. In addition there is a separate delivery charge. Nowhere on the website is it mentioned that Zomato will add his profit margin over and above the MRP of the restaurant. This is a clear case of looting and cheating the customer by overcharging inexcess of MRP.
