Zomato — amount credited but order not completed | |||
I ordered food through zomato from real food mall for amount of rs. 319.70. First i tried twice via netbanking but encountered error. So i paid from debited card and it got debited from my account but for a longtime it said taking back to merchant site. Pl do not refresh or go back but the order was not completed and was buffering for a long time. So i had to cancel the transaction. Pl refund me at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

M swapnika and i placed order in zomato but the order was not delivered but it shows as delivered and the delivery person not answering my calls ..i tried to reach customer care support even they didn’t answer me in a right way worst response from zomato..refund the amount asap
