Zomato — amount debited in my account and that amount credited on zomato of rupees 93. but the app shows the payment could not proceed. i lost my money | |
Hi, I placed an order on sunday night (22/9/19) around 9:45pm online to mahfil hotel. Kochi. After applying promo code a total sum of rs. 93 was deducted from my card but i received no conformation about my order. I called mahfil thrice and every time they told me that they didn't receive my order. On zomato portal it was showing that order was not through because of payment problem though the amount was dedudcted.
